While the official Santa in Shorts event is only schedule from 3pm-9pm, I don’t expect the evening to end at nine. Post Doggies, I’m definitely planning on visiting other establishments around town. One of the spots will definitely be The Social in the new Scholar Hotel in the old Glennland Building (in fact, I have a room reserved there so I can spend the evening downtown without having to worry about getting home – I encourage others to do the same).
The gang at the Social have kindly put together a drink special for any Santa Crawlers who will be out and about. It’s their personal take on a Moscow Mule, affectionately called a Moscow Yule. Stop by and enjoy one (I’ve sampled them and they are actually very good).
